Opening Graduation of Susca Watts Academy

Monday morning I was invited to the opening of the Susca Watts Academy, Fashion Show and Graduation. Myself and 4 other Mr SA 2012 Finalists joined in on the opening and had a great morning. I finally got to meet Susca Watts and the current Mr SA Adriaan took time out his busy schedule to make a motivating speech at the Ceromony. A great morning was had and if that was anything to go by then it's safe to say the Academy will be very successful this year and i'm glad to have been part of it.

Opening up my own Course for young underprivileged boys

This must be one post which I am most excited about since starting this blog. I am currently in the beginning stages of opening up my own course with the help of Chrysalis Foundation designing a course for underprivileged and neglected boys. Chrysalis focus' its efforts on girls between the ages of 14 and 18 where I will be starting a course for boys who have been neglected of the same age and providing them with lectures and coping mechanisms to deal with pain and suffering. I am so blessed and happy that God has guided me through this and so excited to be opening up my very own organisation which I will be doing under the Chrysalis Name. Here's to a very bright and prosperous future withn the help of amazing lecturers who are also willing to give up their own personal time for no money to help others!

Making the Cape Town Papers 2012

During my visit to Cape Town, the media followed my wherabouts via Twitter and requested a couple of interviews. Well i'm happy they "stalked me" as I got to meet some great new people within the media industry and also some great journalists... Son Op Sondag - a popular newspaper tabloid featured me twice, once with getting to know me and my role in the Mr SA competition and the other with what car I drive and my goals for the future... Thank you Salette Cloete for being so easy to talk to and for the memorable interviews.
